Acceptability Study of Banana Blossom (Banana Musa) Cupcake Fortified with Honey: A Bread Innovation

 Purpose: The province of Quirino, Philippines, is a good source the different varieties banana. purpose this research to determine organoleptic assessment and acceptability Banana blossom Cupcake fortified with Honey.
 Methodology: study utilized descriptive survey method. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires assessed using Likert scale. distributed 50 trained untrained respondents who faculty students at Quirino State University. Sensory evaluation was employed on Honey Blossom in terms following parameters: taste, texture, appearance, color, aroma, presentation.
 Main Findings: Generally, highly acceptable among taster particularly its aroma where it rated as moderately high while flavor acceptable.
 Implications study: This specifically addresses use banana blossoms exploit potential support local farmers growers maximize their profit
